Archonstruct Engineering Free guide

Privacy policy

Last updated 1 October 2026

In short: we use your email only to email you: the free guide if you asked for it, and occasional updates if you bought from us or have an account with us. We never sell or share it, and every email has an Unsubscribe link. Archie, our YouTube assistant, only works with our own channel's data, keeps it on our own computer, and never shares it. Our pages also keep simple visit statistics, without your IP address, name or email, to see which videos bring people here.

Who we are

Archonstruct Engineering (archonstruct.com, formerly Civil Engineering Spreadsheets) makes engineering tools and tutorials for civil and structural engineers. It is run by a licensed civil engineer in the Philippines. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What this policy covers

Email sign-ups and updates

What we collect

Your email address, your first name if you give it, the date, and the page you signed up on. If you bought a spreadsheet from us, we also keep which one and when.

How we use it

To send you the guide and about one email a week with engineering tools, tutorials and workflows. If you bought from us or created an account on our web app, we may also email you now and then about our tools, updates and offers. We don't use it for anything else, and we never sell it or share it with other companies.

Where it's kept

In a Google Sheet in our Google account, and in our website's database, which Supabase hosts for us. Emails are sent from our Gmail account or through Resend, an email delivery service. These companies store and process the data only on our behalf.

Your choices

Archie and data from Google

Archie is a personal assistant app used only by Archonstruct Engineering to manage its own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public. Archie uses YouTube API Services, and by using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (see our terms). When our channel owner connects it with Google sign-in, Archie asks for:

How Archie uses this data

To write weekly performance reports, analyse which titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails work best, draft details for new videos, upload approved videos, update approved descriptions, post approved comments, and show which videos send visitors to this website. The analysis runs on our own computer, using AI models that also run on that computer.

Archie and our Facebook Page

Our Page admin can also connect Archie to our own Facebook Page through Meta's Graph API. Archie then reads our Page's statistics, our posts and the comments people leave on them, so it can report on the Page and draft replies. It publishes a post or a reply only after our admin approves that specific one. The Page token and everything Archie reads stay on our own computer, and none of it is sold, shared or used for advertising.

Storage and sharing

The Google sign-in token, reports and drafts are stored only on our own computer. They are not sent to any other server, sold, shared with anyone, or used for advertising, and they are not used to train AI models.

Archie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google's own handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Archie doesn't store cookies or collect information on anyone's device other than our own computer, and no third party serves content or advertising through it.

Removing access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

How we delete data: disconnecting in Archie immediately deletes its saved Google sign-in token. Archie's copy of a video is deleted as soon as the upload finishes. Reports and drafts stay on our computer until we delete them, and we delete all YouTube data Archie holds within 30 days of a request to [email protected].
